Seasonal Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator

About the role
Join our team as a Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator to support recruitment efforts during our critical peak holiday season, helping to staff Fanatics fulfillment and made-to-order facilities. In this temporary role, you will participate in community outreach, on-site hiring events, and support processing qualified candidates through their application process, gaining valuable experience in recruitment and HR processes. The Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
Responsibilities
- Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams):
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements, ensuring fulfillment facilities are appropriately resourced during peak periods.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, participating in community outreach events to drive awareness and interest in seasonal roles.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate candidate tracking and team-wide visibility into hiring progress.
- Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans):
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process, from application through onboarding.
- Assist candidates with their application, background check, and new hire onboarding, serving as a primary point of contact and resource.
- Facilitate new hire orientations — both virtually and onsite — creating a welcoming first impression that reflects Fanatics' team-first culture.
- Provide outstanding customer support to large groups of candidates and new hires simultaneously, maintaining professionalism and clarity at scale.
- Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit):
- Leverage recruitment systems such as Oracle or similar Applicant Tracking Systems and background check platforms such as First Advantage to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools — including Word and Excel with charts, pivot tables, and filters — to analyze and report on recruitment data.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and pre-employment onboarding processes to improve speed and accuracy during high-volume hiring periods.
- Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Perform daily auditing and administrative tasks related to the pre-employment onboarding process, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive candidate information and HR documentation.
- Operate with flexibility, including a willingness to adjust schedule and work overtime during peak hiring periods to meet operational demands.
- Work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and as a collaborative team member in a high-volume fulfillment environment.

Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support roles preferred, with demonstrated ability to manage high-volume candidate flow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging large groups of candidates or personnel simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel; experience building charts, pivot tables, and utilizing filters preferred.
- Experience with recruitment and applicant tracking systems such as Oracle, and background check platforms such as First Advantage or equivalent tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and HR documentation with discretion and accuracy.
- Flexibility to support a dynamic schedule, including overtime during peak hiring periods, and comfort working with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; facilitation experience also preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Schedule
This is a temporary, seasonal role. Work location will be onsite in Fairdale, KY. Flexibility to adjust schedule and work overtime during peak hiring periods is required.
