About the role

As an AM Server at Lola Rose Grand Mezze, you will create unique dining experiences with a passion for hospitality, design, and superlative service. This role focuses on delivering exceptional breakfast and lunch service while upholding high standards of guest satisfaction and team readiness. The position is nonexempt (hourly) and seasonal.

Responsibilities

• Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences.
• Provide menu knowledge and recommendations from our cuisine and drink offerings.
• Engage in conversation to enhance the restaurant experience through style and service.
• Perform general restaurant preparation, side work, and maintain a sanitary environment.
• Ensure service standards are upheld during breakfast and lunch operations.
• Demonstrate full menu, food, beverage (liquor, wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages), allergen, and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Strong breakfast/lunch service background preferred.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and self-starter mentality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Morning availability required; open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Must possess Riverside County’s Food Handler’s Card and Responsible Beverage Service Certificate.
• Must be over the age of 21.

Pay

The budgeted hourly rate for this role is $16.90 plus additional gratuity. Individual rates may vary based on experience and education.
