Server (FT Seasonal) - Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Sets up and cleans station before, during, and after shift.
• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Maintains proper food preparation and presentation.
• Monitors food distribution and ensures timely delivery.
• Totals checks and accepts payment from guests.
• Aids in bussing tables and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
• Knowledge of State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Familiarity with all menu items and their preparation.
• Ability to communicate effectively and exceed guest and team member expectations.
• Basic mathematical skills for making change and giving refunds.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours and shifts.
