Banquet Server (PT, On Call) - Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa

About the role

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Banquet Server to join our team. We are passionate hoteliers eager to add like-minded people to our rapidly growing team, with a mission to exude hospitality, be respectful and authentic, and prioritize the needs of our internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure buffet is stocked appropriately.
• Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.
• Refresh drinks.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Pay

Compensation range: $21.00 per hour.
