Server (PT) - Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Sets up and cleans station before, during, and after shift.
- Takes and accurately records food orders from guests.
- Monitors food distribution, ensuring meals are delivered correctly and food is prepared and presented nicely.
- Checks station for proper setup and cleanliness.
- Absorbs all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Knows all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures.
- Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment.
- Assists with bussing tables.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High School education, with post-high school education preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Team player.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Effective verbal communication.
- Exceeds guest and team member expectations.
- Operates available equipment, such as cash registers and calculators.
- Basic mathematical skills for making change and giving refunds.
- Flexible working hours and shifts.
About the Role

Qualifications

- One (1) year of experience in hotel/restaurant serving role.
