Activities Agent (PT) - Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable and seamless experience with resort activities.
• Lead and assist with scheduled activities, including outdoor sports, fitness classes, kids' programs, wellness experiences, and cultural events.
• Maintain the cleanliness, storage and readiness of recreation areas, pools, equipment, and activity centers to include both indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Assist in creating new and innovative recreational experiences that align with the Inn's luxury standards and wellness culture.
• Partner daily across departments to ensure seamless experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, recreation, and customer service, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Comfortable speaking in a group setting with an eye for detail and anticipation of individual needs.
• Passion for and eagerness to learn wellness, fitness, event leading and outdoor activities trends and best practices.
• Ability to lead and engage groups of guests of all ages in activities with enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift equipment, set up activity spaces, and be active throughout the shift.

Qualifications

Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to hospitality and recreation services.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
