Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sets and takes accurate food orders from guests
  • Maintains proper set-up and cleanliness of the station before, during, and after shift
  • Absorbs all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
  • Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures
  • Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment
  • Assists with bussing tables
  • Performs various other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of high school education, post-high school education preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Team player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
  • Operates available equipment such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
  • Basic mathematical skills to make change and give refunds
  • Flexible working hours and shifts

Compensation and Benefits
