How you create impact
- Ensure accurate file processing by strictly adhering to company policies and procedures, while maintaining real-time visibility of shipment status.
- Manage and prioritize customer-specific needs by responding to inquiries and requests across multiple communication channels.
- Partner with the CCL to uphold customer commitments by analyzing KPI reports and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with the System Process team to enhance automation and streamline Operational Care workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive customer data within core operating systems by initiating Business Profile creation and updates, and managing Wiki page content for accuracy and accessibility.
What we would like you to bring
- 1+ years of freight forwarding experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure
Pay
Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. About the role

Specifically, the Operational Care Specialist is part of a team within the OCC, who are responsible for direct interaction with Customer Care Locations (CCL), proactive customer service, problem solving, follow up, and interaction with our customer service colleagues.
