About the role

A Snapshot of Your Day

• Provide logistic support to the Grid Technology team.
• Support the sales process with logistics budgetary pricing.
• Execute the sales process with contracting and coordinating deliveries of various Grid Technology components to project sites or warehouses.
• Update the project manager, customer, and other stakeholders with the status.

How you’ll make an impact

• Log requests for pricing and retrieve pricing from logistics partners.
• Evaluate logistics partner concepts to identify risks and mitigate them in the budgetary phase.
• Contract and coordinate the delivery of awarded orders.
• Coordinate vessel bookings, documentation control, Customs processes (ISF, Clearances).
• Report the status of deliveries to the project manager and close out the order as needed.
• Develop supplier relationships and help develop supplier onboarding processes.

What you bring

• Experience in logistics, including contracting freight forwarders and trucking companies.
• Experience in international transportation and documentation requirements.
• Good organizational skills to respond to multiple inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability to work well in teams, interacting routinely with finance, marketing, and external customers.
• Understanding of INCOTERMS and how they may impact the pricing and risks.
• 4+ years' experience in related field.
