About the role

A Snapshot of Your Day

• Provide logistic support to the Grid Technology team.
• Support the sales process with logistics budgetary pricing.
• Execute the sales process with contracting and coordinating deliveries of various Grid Technology components to project sites or warehouses.
• Update the project manager, customer, and other stakeholders with the status of deliveries.

How you’ll make an impact

• Log requests for pricing and retrieve pricing from logistics partners.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with logistics partner concepts during the budgetary phase.
• Contract and coordinate the delivery of awarded orders.
• Coordinate vessel bookings, documentation control, and Customs processes (ISF, Clearances).
• Develop supplier relationships and help develop supplier onboarding processes.

What you bring

• Experience in logistics, including contracting freight forwarders and trucking companies.
• Good organizational skills to handle multiple inquiries.
• Ability to work in teams and interact with finance, marketing, and external customers.
• Understanding of INCOTERMS and their impact on pricing and risks.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
