School Food Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee cafeteria operation on a daily basis.
• Serving, food preparation, etc.
• Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all times
• Prepare inventories, and month end paperwork.
• See that personal protection equipment is being used at all times.
• Oversee cafeteria staff, and staffing needs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, tools, following standardized recipes and food safety standards are required.
• Experience with leading a team is required.
