Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operation on a daily basis.
- Ensure all menu items comply with NSLP guidelines.
- Monitor adherence to food safety procedures.
- Ensure personal protection equipment is used at all times.
- Prepare inventories and month-end paperwork.
- Oversee kitchen staff and staffing needs.
Requirements
- ServSafe® certification preferred.
- K-12 experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to obtain necessary documentation to work in schools.
