School Food Service Manager needed for food service program in the Ewing, NJ area.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, part-time, day shift
- No weekends or holidays
- Summers off
Responsibilities
- Oversee cafeteria operation on a daily basis
- Food preparation and cooking
- Observe that quality and food safety procedures are being followed according to the NSLP guidelines
- Ensure that personal protective equipment is in use at all times
- Prepare inventories and month-end paperwork
- Oversee cafeteria staff and staffing needs
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools
Qualifications
- ServSafe® certification a plus
