About the Role
School Food Service Manager needed for a food service program in the Warren County/Washington, NJ area.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, day shift, 5.5 hours daily
- No weekends or holidays
- Summers off
Responsibilities
- Oversee cafeteria operation on a daily basis
- Food preparation and cooking
- Ensure quality and food safety procedures are followed according to NSLP guidelines
- Ensure personal protective equipment is in use at all times
- Prepare inventories and month-end paperwork
- Oversee cafeteria staff and staffing needs
Requirements
- ServSafe® certification a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools
- Food preparation and cooking experience
