About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Campus Monitor to join our team and help maintain a safe, positive learning environment for all students and staff. In this role, you will provide active supervision throughout the campus during lunch periods, passing times, and before/after school hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor hallways, cafeterias, outdoor spaces, and parking areas to ensure order and safety.
- Enforce school rules and support positive student behavior.
- Respond promptly to safety concerns, conflicts, or emergencies.
- Report any incidents or hazards to administration.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a genuine commitment to student well-being. Previous experience working with youth is preferred, but the most important qualification is a dedication to creating a safe and supportive school environment where students can thrive.

Retirement
Benefit-eligible employees are automatically members of the Utah Retirement Systems (URS). The District contributes to the URS plan on your behalf each month. After the URS vesting period of four years, you will have either the Hybrid option (a combination of a pension with a 401k plan) or the 401k option if you choose. Both plans are employer-paid.
