About the role

The Multi-Site Director oversees multiple after-school childcare programs throughout Southern and Central New Hampshire. This role supports Site Directors, strengthens school partnerships, maintains high-quality programs, and ensures daily operations run smoothly across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Site Directors in proactive scheduling and ensuring staff are fully staffed each day.
  • Addresses coverage needs before they impact children, families, or staff.
  • Maintains program quality by providing regular coaching and support to Site Directors and staff.
  • Maintains compliance with state licensing requirements and ensures records, certifications, and safety requirements are current.
  • Maintains enrollment goals and ensures families have positive experiences that encourage continued participation.
  • Builds strong partnerships with school leaders and addresses building-level concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Associates degree with 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Background in childcare, youth development, K–12 education, or a similar environment.
  • Experience managing and controlling staff schedules and daily operational coverage across multiple locations.
  • Comfort working directly with school administrators and building staff.
  • Familiarity with state childcare licensing requirements (a plus).
  • Passes a full background check including fingerprinting and reference checks.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills, ability to solve problems, and energizing presence in the field are essential. Must be able to work directly with school administrators and building staff, and have a G-rated work environment.
