School Age Childcare Multi-Site Director

About the role

The Multi-Site Director oversees multiple after-school childcare programs throughout Southern and Central New Hampshire. This role supports Site Directors, strengthens school partnerships, maintains high-quality programs, and ensures daily operations run smoothly across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Supports Site Directors in staffing and ensuring appropriate coverage.
• Maintains compliance with state licensing requirements.
• Maintains high-quality programs and engages children in consistent, positive experiences.
• Builds strong partnerships with school leaders and addresses building-level concerns promptly.
• Ensures enrollment goals are met and families have positive experiences.

Requirements

• Associates degree with 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Background in childcare, youth development, K–12 education, or a similar environment.
• Experience managing and controlling staff schedules and daily operational coverage across multiple locations.
• Comfort working directly with school administrators and building staff.
• Familiarity with state childcare licensing requirements.

• Proactive and energized by being visible in the field, supporting teams, and creating solutions.
• Organized and able to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Passes a full background check including fingerprinting and reference checks.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and staff.
• Proficiency in managing staff schedules and operational coverage.
