School Age Childcare Multi-Site Director
About the role
The Multi-Site Director oversees multiple after-school childcare programs throughout Southern and Central New Hampshire. This role supports Site Directors, strengthens school partnerships, maintains high-quality programs, and ensures daily operations run smoothly across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Supports Site Directors in proactive scheduling and ensuring staff are fully staffed each day.
- Addresses coverage needs before they impact children, families, or staff.
- Maintains high-quality programs by monitoring and ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements.
- Builds strong partnerships with school leaders and addresses building-level concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensures enrollment goals are met and families have positive experiences that encourage continued participation.
Requirements
- Associates degree with 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
- Background in childcare, youth development, K–12 education, or a similar environment.
- Experience managing and controlling staff schedules and daily operational coverage across multiple locations.
- Comfort working directly with school administrators and building staff.
- Familiarity with state childcare licensing requirements is a plus.
Qualifications
Must pass a full background check including fingerprinting and reference checks.
