School Age Childcare Multi-Site Director
About the role
The Multi-Site Director oversees multiple after-school childcare programs in Southern and Central New Hampshire. This role supports Site Directors, strengthens school partnerships, maintains high-quality programs, and ensures smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Supports Site Directors in staffing and managing daily operations.
- Maintains compliance with state licensing requirements.
- Maintains program quality and engages children in safe, structured, and engaging environments.
- Builds strong partnerships with school leaders and addresses building-level concerns promptly.
- Ensures coverage needs are met to prevent disruptions to children, families, or staff.
Requirements
- Associates degree with 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
- Background in childcare, youth development, K–12 education, or a similar environment.
- Experience managing and controlling staff schedules and daily operational coverage across multiple locations.
- Comfort working directly with school administrators and building staff.
- Familiarity with state childcare licensing requirements.

Schedule
Apart from the flexibility of a part-time, year-round leadership role with a Monday–Friday schedule generally scheduled between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., this position offers:
Pay
$22.00 per hour.
Qualifications
Must pass a full background check including fingerprinting and reference checks.
