School Age Childcare Multi-Site Director

About the role

The Multi-Site Director oversees multiple after-school childcare programs in Southern and Central New Hampshire. This role supports Site Directors, strengthens school partnerships, maintains high-quality programs, and ensures daily operations run smoothly across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Supports Site Directors in proactive scheduling and ensuring staff are fully staffed each day.
• Addresses coverage needs before they impact children, families, or staff.
• Maintains high-quality programs by monitoring and ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements.
• Builds strong partnerships with school leaders and principals.
• Ensures enrollment goals are met and families have positive experiences.

Requirements

• Associates degree with 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Background in childcare, youth development, K–12 education, or a similar environment.
• Experience managing and controlling staff schedules and daily operational coverage across multiple locations.
• Comfort working directly with school administrators and building staff.
• Familiarity with state childcare licensing requirements.

Qualifications

Must pass a full background check including fingerprinting and reference checks.
