Scheduling
- Schedule permanent and temporary shifts.
- Provide family guidance and support during BCBA/Senior meetings.
- Coordinate start of service for clients and assist with senior training meetings.
- Accurately record and manage client and staff cancellations, reschedules, and time off.
- Ensure timely scheduling communications and task execution.
- Implement best practices for scheduling and meeting treatment delivery goals.
- Coordinate administrative and support services.
- Schedule trainings such as safety care, Relias, and compliance.
- Onboard new clients, from initial meet and greet to their first day of ABA.
- Support scheduling operations in additional market centers as needed.
Facilitation
- Answer phones and respond to or forward requests and information.
- Facilitate communication between the clinic and Caravel corporate support functions.
- Welcome new hires on their first day and conduct center orientations as needed.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, team building, logistics, and supply management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of comparable experience in a medical or therapeutic setting, preferably with administrative or customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and proficiency with multi-line phone systems and office machines.
- Professionalism, courtesy, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative, self-management, and adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
