Responsibilities
- Monitor scheduler productivity and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Support, coach, and train Scheduling team members to ensure quality and productivity goals are met.
- Aid in onboarding and training new Scheduling and Call Center employees.
- Handle escalated scheduling and customer service issues.
- Identify workflow challenges and recommend process improvements.
- Assign and monitor daily work to ensure timely completion.
- Afford assistance with employee timekeeping, PTO requests, and departmental projects.
- Support coordination of hospital agreements for ancillary testing.
Qualifications
- Previous healthcare scheduling, medical office, or call center experience required.
- Ledgers, training, or mentoring experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
