Scheduler - Heart Care Specialists

Position Summary

Performs patient check-out process to include follow-up office appointments, testing, ASC and hospital procedures. Answers patient questions and gives instructions regarding preparation of medical procedures. Obtains precertification and referrals for procedures. Collects co-pays and balances cash drawer daily.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Previous experience in a medical office or hospital setting
