Scheduler - Heart & Vascular Clinic

Responsibilities

• Set up exams, procedures, and tests for patients.
• Handle customer service inquiries by answering incoming phone calls or contacting patients to determine appropriate exams/tests/procedures and schedule patients.
• Review screening forms and obtain/verify patient and insurance information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide quality customer service by educating patients on exam/test/procedure preparation and answering related questions.
• Update patient records, including notes for technologists, customers, or future reference.
• Follow site-specific protocols and keep protocol documentation up-to-date to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Prior scheduling experience (preferred).
• Two years of experience, preferably in healthcare.

Schedule

Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 80 hours per pay period. No on-call or weekend shifts.
