Scheduler - Cardiology

About the role

We are hiring a Full Time Scheduler for our Saint Luke's North Cardiology Clinic. This is a hybrid position (90% remote, 10% in office) with Monday‑Friday, 4 10‑hour shifts and a rotating day off each week. No nights, no weekends, no holidays. Scheduling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and schedules complex patient appointments, procedures, tests, and other services within a healthcare facility.
• Schedules appointments.
• Coordinates services.
• Verifies insurance.
• Ensures all pre‑emptive appointment requirements have been obtained.
• Acquires and applies enhanced knowledge of the assigned clinical area to support assessment of patient appointment needs based on review of provider notes and application of specialty/department guidelines.
• Routinely collaborates with clinic staff, leadership, and providers.
• Exemplifies the core values of the health system by providing exceptional customer service to all patients.

Requirements

• Applicable experience: 2 years.
• Scheduling experience preferred.
• Organized with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
