About the role
You will get the chance to work in our fast-growing and dynamic Canadian practice, with a wide range of top clients across all industries. As a transformation maven, you’ll help clients meet the challenges of digitization by solving their most complex business problems using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers. You’re comfortable diving into workstreams, identifying target technical and landscape architecture, and inspiring team members to bring their A-game.
The role involves influencing and advising with confidence as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors. You’ll guide decisions impacting multiple groups, engage collaboratively with stakeholders, and provide solutions that resonate across the organization. Travel may be required (0–100%) depending on business need and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systems.
- Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team and clients.
- Leverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver value.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Strategy methods and SAP Implementations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Joule, SAP automation, and SAP Analytics Cloud for HR.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree, 6 years of work experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors module integrations.
- Experience leading specific workstreams (Data Conversion, Testing, Functional/Technical Integrations).
- Certification in multiple SuccessFactors modules.
- Master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Solution Architecture.

Pay
Compensation varies based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience. Below are the annual salary ranges for this role by location:
- California: $132,500 to $302,400
- Cleveland: $122,700 to $241,900
- Colorado: $132,500 to $261,300
- District of Columbia: $141,100 to $278,200
- Illinois: $122,700 to $261,300
- Maine: $112,900 to $222,500
- Maryland: $132,500 to $261,300
- Massachusetts: $132,500 to $278,200
- Minnesota: $132,500 to $261,300
- New York: $122,700 to $302,400
- New Jersey: $141,100 to $302,400
- Virginia: $122,700 to $278,200
- Washington: $141,100 to $278,200
