Sr SAP SuccessFactors Analyst
before sections. The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we must have those exact headings; we can use those as appropriate. The intro could be a
before any heading. Then "DUTIES:" followed by list of duties. We need to turn that into a section with heading maybe "Responsibilities" or "Duties". Use
Responsibilities
then- each duty.
Then "Hybrid Work Schedule Permitted 4 days in the office and optional 1 day work from home permitted." That's schedule info. So we need a Schedule section.
Then "MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:" with bullet-like paragraphs. That's requirements/qualifications. We'll need to parse.
The minimum requirements text is a bit messy: "Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a directly related field, and 8 years of experience or knowledge stated herein to involve: (1) configuration and execute thorough testing including: unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, PMGM, LMS, Compensation, Reporting and Recruiting Management to validate functionality and ensure data accuracy; (2) manage and oversee integration between SuccessFactors, SAP ECC HCM, Payroll , and third-party systems for clients using tools including BIB and SAP CPI, ensuring seamless data replication, accurate data flow, and timely issue resolution; and (3) main160tain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation covering system architecture, configurations, workflows, business rules, role-based permissions (RBP), integration processes, and testing activities; facilitate workshops, training sessions, and ongoing communication with end-users and business representatives, while staying current on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors innovations to drive continuous improvement in HR technology solutions. Additionally, 5 years experience stated herein to involve building Role-Based Permissions strategy across multiple geographies and People Analytics dashboards."
We need to preserve all substantive info. There's a typo "main160tain". We should keep as is? Probably keep the text exactly as given, but maybe it's a mistake; we should not invent or summarize away detail, but we can keep the typo as it's part of the posting. We'll keep it.
We also have "Hybrid Work Schedule Permitted 4 days in the office and optional 1 day work from home permitted." appears twice (once after duties, again after minimum requirements). We should include schedule info once.
We also have "This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company." That's substantive; maybe we can put under a section like "Additional Information" but not in the list of headings. Could be a
after requirements. We also have "MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVO ..." and EEO statement. Those are boilerplate/EEO; we should remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scams etc. The "MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVO" is promotional; maybe we keep as it's substantive? It's not a duty/requirement but could be considered company culture. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The "MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVO" is not EEO; it's a marketing blurb. Might be considered boilerplate? Not sure. Safer to keep it as a
maybe under an "About the role" or "About Qorvo". But we have already a company description at start. Could combine. We should not create sections like Benefits, Pay unless specified. No benefits or pay mentioned. So we omit those. We need to output only HTML fragment. Structure:

Optionally we could add aAbout the role
with the company description, but we already have a paragraph. Might be okay. We must not repeat job title. No job title present. We must not include duplicated lines. We have schedule only once. We removed EEO etc. We kept the "MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVO" and EEO? We removed EEO. We didn't include the "MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVO" block. Should we keep it? It's not EEO, it's a motivational block. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." It doesn't say to remove motivational fluff. However, it's not a duty/requirement/benefit/pay/schedule. Could be considered "About the role". Might be okay to keep as aunder an "About the role" heading. But we already have a company description paragraph. Could combine. Better to include a section "About the role" with that motivational text plus maybe the company description. But we must not invent headings if content is thin. The motivational block is several sentences; could be considered substantive. Let's include:
About the role
Qorvo (Nasdaq: QRVO) supplies innovative semiconductor solutions that make a better world possible. We combine product and technology leadership, systems-level expertise and global manufacturing scale to quickly solve our customers' most complex technical challenges. MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVO We are Qorvo. We do more than create innovative RF and Power solutions for the mobile, defense and infrastructure markets – we are a place to innovate and shape the future of wireless communications. It starts with our employees. As a unified global team, we bring a commitment to excellence, growth and a passion for creating what's next. Explore the possibilities with us.
But note we already used the company description in that paragraph; we might duplicate if we also have earlier paragraph. To avoid duplication, we can just have the About the role section containing both the company description and the motivational text. That would be fine. Thus we will not have a separate intro paragraph before sections; we will start with About the role. Let's craft final HTML:About the role

Then Responsibilities, Schedule, Minimum Requirements, Visa note. We should not include a heading for visa note; just a. Check for any duplicated lines: we have schedule only once. Check for any boilerplate: we removed EEO, legal, etc. Check
