Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP HR and SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with end-to-end HR processes and business requirements.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing expert-level guidance on SAP HCM modules, SuccessFactors, and integrated cloud solutions, including best practices and process optimization.
- Deliver advanced application support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive ongoing enhancements and maintenance for SAP ECC HCM and SaaS platforms such as SuccessFactors.
- Analyze HR business needs, translate them into system requirements, and configure SAP systems using the implementation guide to enable efficient, scalable business processes.
- Partner with Korea HQ, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to support system evolution, ensure compliance with IT methodologies, and maintain alignment with Hyundai/Kia’s global HR technology strategy.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in HRIS or IT application environments, including deep expertise in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate detailed requirements into actionable solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders globally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed, global organization and collaborate across distributed teams.
- Strong customer service mindset with negotiation, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or a related field.
- SAP HR and/or SAP SuccessFactors certification.
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification.
- Experience working in cross-functional or global environments (e.g., collaboration with HQ or external partners).
Salary Range
$90,000 - $130,000
