SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics Senior Manager

About the Role

As a transformation maven, you’ll leverage your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to help clients navigate digitization challenges. Your role will involve solving complex business problems using your technical know-how, creativity, and analytical skills. You’ll dive into workstreams, define target technical and landscape architecture, and inspire teams to deliver their best work.

Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors, guiding decisions that impact multiple groups and engaging collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Work with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systems.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, sharing knowledge proactively with the team and clients.
• Leverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver value.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Strategy methods and SAP Implementations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Joule Agents.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (or Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors module integrations.
• Experience leading specific workstreams (Data Conversion, Testing, Functional/Technical Integrations).
• Certification in multiple SuccessFactors modules.
• Master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Solution Architecture.

Pay

Compensation varies based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience. Below are the annual salary ranges for this role by location:

• California: $132,500 to $302,400
• Cleveland: $122,700 to $241,900
• Colorado: $132,500 to $261,300
• District of Columbia: $141,100 to $278,200
• Illinois: $122,700 to $261,300
• Maine: $112,900 to $222,500
• Maryland: $132,500 to $261,300
• Massachusetts: $132,500 to $278,200
• Minnesota: $132,500 to $261,300
• New York: $122,700 to $302,400
• New Jersey: $141,100 to $302,400
• Virginia: $122,700 to $278,200
• Washington: $141,100 to $278,200
