SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Functional Lead

About the Role

The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Functional Lead will lead the Core HR workstream for a major HR transformation program involving SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This role serves as the primary functional lead for Employee Central, partnering with HR stakeholders, project leadership, and the System Integrator (SI) to design and deliver a scalable, standardized, and business-aligned Core HR solution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Core HR workstream for a large-scale HR transformation program.
• Partner with HR stakeholders, project leadership, and the System Integrator (SI) to design and deliver a scalable Employee Central solution.
• Provide deep expertise in Employee Central configuration and design, including business rules, workflows, foundation objects, position management, and organizational structures.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, and cutover activities.
• Manage and govern System Integrator (SI) teams and deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors experience with strong Core HR expertise.
• Minimum of 3 full-lifecycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations in a lead role.
• Proven experience leading Employee Central workstreams within large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including hire-to-retire, organizational management, workforce administration, and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
