About the role

We are seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) resource to build, maintain, integrate, and implement software applications. This role involves performing complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, and support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Apply solution architecture knowledge to design and configure the system.
  • Manage data modeling and configure foundation objects.
  • Oversee position management configuration, including syncing position data to job information.
  • Develop and configure complex business rules to meet requirements.
  • Build, maintain, integrate, and implement software applications within the organization.
  • Perform complex software application testing, quality assurance, and installation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five to six years of experience in a senior-level EC role with configuration knowledge is required.
  • Candidates must have proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC implementation, configuration, data modeling, foundation objects, position management, and business rules configuration.
  • An SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification is mandatory.
  • Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Intelligent Services and Integration Center is preferred.

Qualifications
