Project/Change Manager With SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP

Core Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementations, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Develop detailed project plans, oversee risks, and report progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Work with the technical team to configure Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll to meet specific client or company requirements.
• Analyze current payroll processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (HR, Finance, IT), external implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
• Drive change readiness activities, facilitate workshops and training, and manage resistance to ensure end-users embrace the new solution.
• Oversee all testing phases, particularly for payroll, to guarantee data integrity and accurate payroll calculations.

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of direct experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Total experience: 7-10 years in HRIS, Payroll, or Project Management.
• Past implementations: At least 2-3 full-cycle implementations involving Employee Central and/or Payroll.
• Technical & Functional Knowledge: Deep expertise in Employee Central (EC) core functionalities (Position Management, Time Off, Benefits, MDF frameworks, Business Rules).
• Strong experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including configuration and an understanding of payroll legislation and compliance.
• Familiarity with integration points between EC, ECP, and other HR or financial systems.
• Project Management Methodologies: Proficiency in methodologies like SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Relevant certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
