Salesforce Solutions Architect / Senior Engineer
About the role
The Salesforce Senior Engineer / Solutions Architect will apply technical leadership and collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world to design, implement, and maintain complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions within a global enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, technical design, and delivery of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions
- Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures and guide teams through solution implementation
- Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce capabilities, integration patterns, governance standards, and best practices
- Partner with global onsite and offsite teams on build, deployment, environment strategy, and operational support
- Drive technical alignment across large global organizations
- Manage and troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive long-term resolution and platform stability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Eight (8) years of combined IT experience, including advanced Salesforce engineering, architecture, or functional work in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Five (5) years of advanced Salesforce development or architecture experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, data models, security, and API frameworks
- Strong technical foundation including advanced structured programming (Apex, LWC, Force.com), integration patterns, and relational database design
- Experience with enterprise integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, MQ, or middleware platforms
- Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage high-priority tasks effectively

Pay & Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is $145,676 - $178,049, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
Location
This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week in Maplewood, MN or Austin, TX locations. Travel may include up to 15% domestic/international.
