Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

Solution Architecture & Delivery

Lead cross-functional teams delivering end-to-end Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
Serve as both Solution Architect and Product Owner, bridging healthcare business needs and technical execution.
Translate complex workflows into functional user stories, technical designs, and prioritized product backlogs.
Manage implementation lifecycle from client discovery through deployment and go-live.

Healthcare Focus Areas

• Optimize clinical processes within Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, including Care Management and Utilization Management.
• Design population health strategies using Salesforce features to improve member tracking and patient outcomes.
• Establish data governance frameworks to protect patient, member, and clinical data.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and healthcare data interoperability requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience architecting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer and provider operations, including Care Management and Utilization Management.
• Proven experience serving as both a Solution Architect and Product Owner.
• Demonstrated success leading complex Salesforce implementations through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with data integration, data security, and regulatory compliance in a healthcare environment.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
