Position Summary

Leads the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise architecture and organizational objectives. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into effective platform solutions and best practice system designs.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Designs end-to-end Salesforce solutions across sales, service, and data platform capabilities to support enterprise business objectives.
  • PARTNERS WITH DEVELOPMENT AND INTEGRATION TEAMS TO CONFIGURE, CUSTOMIZE, AND DEPLOY SALESFORCE SOLUTIONS USING PLATFORM CONFIGURATION TOOLS, CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT, AND INTEGRATION SERVICES.
  • Develops data models, integration strategies, and system architecture approaches that support large data volumes and cross-platform interoperability.
  • Evaluates Salesforce platform updates and new features to recommend enhancements that maintain system health and alignment with enterprise technology standards.
  • OVERSEES DATA MIGRATION ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING DATA MAPPING, TRANSFORMATION, AND LOADING FROM LEGACY OR THIRD-PARTY SYSTEMS INTO SALESFORCE ENVIRONMENTS.
  • PARTNERS WITH ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TEAMS TO ENSURE SALESFORCE SOLUTIONS INTEGRATE EFFECTIVELY WITH CORE BUSINESS PLATFORMS.
  • PRODUCES ARCHITECTURE DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING SOLUTION DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS, INTEGRATION DIAGRAMS, AND TECHNICAL ROADMAPS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce platform or related experience.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, development frameworks, system integrations, and enterprise application design principles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including platform development tools, user interface components, and integration services.
