About the role

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer position located in Charlotte, NC, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Develop new Journeys, automations, and queries on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to support various lines of business.
• Administer and support applications built on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for email functionality, including configuration and environment support for various lines of business, integration management and alerts monitoring, email stats reporting, web certificate renewals, email archiving, user role configuration, and risk management.

Requirements

• Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification or equivalent experience with Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in database administration with excellent SQL skills.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate activities across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services.
• Proficiency using tools such as SOAPUI and Postman.
