Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

About the role

Responsible for development of new Journeys, automations, queries on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to support various lines of business
Responsible for administration and support of applications build on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Responsible for day to day operation support of email functionality, including:
configuration and environments support for various lines of business
integration management / alerts monitoring
email stats reporting for the business
web certificate renewal
email archiving
user role configuration
risk management.

Responsibilities

• Development of new Journeys, automations, queries on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
• Support of various lines of business through administration and application build
• Day-to-day operation support of email functionality, including:
• Configuration and environments support
• Integration management / alerts monitoring
• Email stats reporting
• Web certificate renewal
• Email archiving
• User role configuration
• Risk management

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Marketing Email Specialist Certification
• Excellent SQL skills
• Strong communications skills to coordinate activities across multiple teams
• Experience with JavaScript / HTML
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services
• Knowledge of SOAPUI, Postman
• Understanding of SOA design principles and best practices

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in database administration and/or software development

Skills

• Technical proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services
• Knowledge of SOAPUI, Postman
• Understanding of SOA design principles and best practices
