About the role
Location: Charlotte, NC - Onsite. Type: Full-Time. Experience required: 10‑15 years.
Responsibilities
- Development of new Journeys, automations, and queries on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to support various lines of business.
- Administration and support of applications built on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Day‑to‑day operation support of email functionality, including:
- Configuration and environment support for various lines of business
- Integration management / alerts monitoring
- Email stats reporting for the business
- Web certificate renewals
- Email archiving
- User role configuration
- Risk management
Skills
- Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification / experience with Marketing Cloud
- Experience in database administration / excellent SQL
- Excellent communications skills to coordinate activities of multiple teams
- JavaScript / HTML
- Experience in REST/SOAP web services
- Experience using SOAPUI, Postman
- Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices
