About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer journeys across various channels including email, mobile, and web.
  • Create and optimize automated workflows and email campaigns using SFMC tools.
  • Design and implement AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript to enhance dynamic content on CloudPages.
  • Set up and maintain Marketing Cloud Connect for seamless data synchronization between Sales and Service Clouds.
  • Configure and manage preference centers and consent management systems for different opt-in categories.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Intelligence Reports and native dashboards, and track journey goals.
  • Implement REST and SOAP API integrations for real-time and event-triggered communications.
  • Work with third-party SMS vendors to ensure effective SMS delivery and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of healthcare payer domain and Medicare marketing processes.
  • Experience with Einstein for Marketing Cloud features such as Send Time Optimization and Engagement Scoring.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud for advanced segmentation and identity resolution.
  • Experience with Google Analytics for comprehensive campaign insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder).
  • Strong SQL skills for audience segmentation and data manipulation.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript for dynamic content development.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations for real-time and event-triggered communications.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Connect setup and administration.
  • Experience with preference centers and consent management systems.
  • Ability to set up and manage Einstein for Marketing Cloud features.
  • Understanding of healthcare payer domain and Medicare marketing processes.
  • Experience with third-party SMS vendor integrations.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics for campaign insights.
