Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary business point of contact between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Partner with commercial, sales, and operations teams to understand business needs and translate requirements into actionable vendor deliverables.
- Evaluate vendor recommendations and provide strategic guidance based on business objectives and data insights.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and alignment with business requirements.
- Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations, reports, and business reviews for leadership audiences.
- Present key findings, recommendations, and performance updates to stakeholders throughout the year.
- Develop data-driven insights and analyses outside of existing sales effectiveness tools.
- Collaborate across commercial operations, sales leadership, and business teams to drive informed decision-making.
- Track and respond to operational requests and issues through ServiceNow and other business processes as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions.
- Consulting experience supporting commercial, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, KPIs, and business analytics.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and influencing business outcomes.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive-ready presentations from complex data sets.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience using Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to independently analyze data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience.
- Familiarity with Sales Compass or similar commercial effectiveness platforms.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Background supporting sales force optimization, incentive compensation, territory alignment, or commercial analytics initiatives.
