Salesforce Manager [Pharma & Life Science]

Responsibilities
- Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop skills outside your comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same.
- Effectively mentor others.
- Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members.
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5 years
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- Preferred Certifications: One or more of the following Salesforce.com certifications: Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, or Certified Sales/Service Consultant
- Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Extensive knowledge of Salesforce technology-enabled solutions, experience in Financial Services and/or Pharma & Life Sciences industries, ability to lead and coach teams, proficiency in PC applications, and strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Proven extensive knowledge levels and acumen specific to understanding underlying client business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions.
- Extensive knowledge and success in roles assisting large organizations with improving performance of Sales, Service, Marketing, R&D, IT, and Operations business units.
- Proven extensive knowledge and success as a team leader, including supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation.
- Prior experience in Financial Services and/or Pharma & Life Sciences industries preferred.
- Proven success and extensive abilities to learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, including leading and/or facilitating teams to develop client proposals, writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently, and utilizing PC applications.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
