Salesforce Manager [Pharma & Life Science]

• Analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications.
• Assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Up to 80% travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree minimum.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in Financial Services or Pharma & Life Sciences industry preferred.

Skills

• Proven extensive knowledge of Salesforce technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience in leading and/or facilitating teams to develop client proposals.
• Ability to identify and address client needs using networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in software configuration, mobile solutions, Apex coding, or Visualforce coding in Salesforce.com and/or Veeva.
• Experience with third-party integrations and functionality in Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Marketo, and related cloud and/or on-premise ERP business applications.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, including writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting to and for all levels of industry audiences.
• Experience in producing deliverables within a diverse, fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively across global teams, and juggling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
