Salesforce Business Analyst
About the role
This position is on-site and will be located in our HQ - San Diego CA. The Salesforce Business Analyst will partner with the business to support the Salesforce architectural roadmap. It is a technology-focused role, where you will have a deep understanding of all CRM-related technologies to successfully partner with the business to develop use cases and define technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Performs business systems and process analysis of existing systems/processes.
- Conducts interviews and requirements gathering workshops.
- Ensures sign-off of all artifacts.
- Affords assistance in testing, training plan development and training, support for users, and developing user documentation (i.e. manuals, reference guides, etc.).
- Participates in QA process; identifies test cases; explains complex processes; aids in developing test plans.
- Develops detailed business cases, ROI calculations, value definition, cost assessments (expense/capital), benefits, and risk analyses.
- Conducts root cause analysis using knowledge of applications, interfaces, and technology for defect resolution.
- Collaborates with the business and the bank's technical subject matter experts to identify optimal solutions to solve situations.
- Builds Salesforce.com Declarative customizations & automations, including: Architectural components: Objects, Record Types, Layouts, & Fields Automation components: Workflow rules, Flows, & Process Builders Efficiency components: Knowledgebase, Macros, Quicktext Omni-Channel components: Assignment Rules, Entitlements, LiveAgent, Glance & Five9 Integrations Promotes business adoption of system capabilities and features (via trainings & webinars)
- Participates in all aspects of our Agile Project Methodology (including proper Change Management)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant Salesforce certifications
- 2+ years' as a Salesforce.com Administrator
- Operates in a Scrum/Agile Environment
- Five9, Conga, Glance, LoS, Marketing Cloud platforms Other cloud and on premise based systems
- Proven admin experience with SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Knowledgebase & Communities
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality

Pay
Target Range: $75,000.00 /Yr. - $86,000.00 /Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Schedule
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
