Salesforce Business Analyst

A Little More About The Role

We're looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business stakeholders and engineering teams. This role involves translating user needs into clear, actionable requirements, documenting processes, analyzing requirements, and managing backlogs.

• Document Salesforce processes in Lucid to provide business context to engineering teams
• Analyze current state and requested requirements to document detailed business requirements
• Demonstrate standard Salesforce features and solutions built for Gravie
• Recommend CRM industry best practices to enhance user experience and reporting features
• Write user stories in Jira with sable AC by working with Quality Assurance
• Identify and communicate dependencies between stories in and out of the Salesforce backlog
• Manage priority of the backlog in Jira
• Manage communication and deadlines to deliver solutions on time
• Verify requirement delivery to coordinate story acceptance
• Cook UAT sign and release communications with business partners
• Support questions from production users
• Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic, and outcome oriented

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 5 years of substantial experience in sales, marketing, and service processes and software solution delivery as a Business Analyst or Product Manager
• 3 years of experience with Salesforce and Jira
• History of tracking and tracing requirements through complex processes and multi-layered projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration
