About the role
Ampcus Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience focused on Sales and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business processes, reporting, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce reporting solutions, dashboards, and KPIs for sales and service teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, and create detailed functional specifications for reports and dashboards.
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and advanced reports to track pipeline, opportunities, case volumes, SLA metrics, and customer satisfaction.
- Configure and optimize Sales and Service Cloud objects, fields, validation rules, and security permissions to ensure accurate data capture for reporting.
- Create data models and data quality controls, perform data cleansing.
- Onboard and train end-users on new and updated reports and dashboards.
- Partner with IT and data analytics teams to integrate Salesforce data with external systems as needed for comprehensive reporting.
- Create and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, report catalogs, and governance policies.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices, assessing impact on reporting capabilities and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of business process modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
