The Sales & Resident Experience Consultant plays a crucial role in driving the success of the property by leading a team to achieve high closing ratios and maintaining a positive atmosphere. This position requires a passion for people, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to achieve a minimum 20% closing ratio
- Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas
- Tour routes and models to ensure they are presented in the best light
- Stay informed about local market conditions and trends
- Contribute ideas to improve property marketing and resident satisfaction
- Maintain professional resident communications through both verbal and written means
- Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and team members
- Show proficiency in administrative tasks with attention to detail
- Have at least two years of relevant experience in customer service
- Be adaptable to new technologies
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to the role
