About the Role
As one of our Sales & Resident Experience Consultants, you are innovative and spend your day leading your team to drive the success of the property. You are enthusiastic and creative, with a strong understanding of what drives the market as well as your sales team. You are a people-loving professional who thrives on helping others find their home.
Responsibilities
- Love working with people—all kinds of people
- Close deals with at least a 20% closing ratio
- Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
- Inspect and ensure tour routes and models look their best
- Stay aware of local market conditions and trends
- Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction
- Maintain professional resident communications, both verbal and written
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective, existing residents, and team members
- Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail
Requirements
- At least two years of transferable experience in customer service
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a fun personality
