Sales Relationship Manager

About the role

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be the face of our brand, building strong relationships with dental providers to drive patient referrals to our orthodontic practices. This is a hands-on, results-driven role where you’ll cultivate referral networks, organize promotional events, and work closely with our marketing team to increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong connections with dental practices, educating them about our orthodontic services and benefits.
• Create and execute strategies to increase patient referrals through B2B relationships and follow-up.
• Organize events (e.g., lunch & learns) and collaborate with the marketing team to craft local campaigns.
• Measure referral success, track ROI, and report on key metrics to ensure growth and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management (preferably in healthcare or dental) is ideal, but not required.
• A can-do attitude and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (ideal but not required).
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.
