We’re looking for a relationship-driven sales professional to join us as a Client Relationship Manager (Legal Sales).
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through complex legal matters with empathy and clarity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
- Train and coach team members to improve overall sales performance
- Deliver exceptional service that fosters trust and loyalty
Requirements
- Proven track record in consultative sales, particularly in B2C environments
- Experience in training and coaching team members
- Strong emotional intelligence and effective communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Passion for helping families navigate legal challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience
- Experience in legal or related fields preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
