Duties And Responsibilities
- Aids the Community General Manager (CGM)/Sales Manager in day-to-day sales operations.
- Create an exceptional first impression of the community by warmly greeting all prospects immediately upon entering the sales office.
- Always provides top-notch customer service.
- Inspect/ensure sales office and inventory homes are in excellent, show condition daily.
- Identify curb appeal and community environment/aesthetics weaknesses and opportunities.
- Ensure that leads in Sales Force are responded to by phone call and email in a timely manner, if the CGM/Sales Manager cannot get to them.
- Create and maintain online home listings by managing and updating inventory, including pricing, pictures and descriptions, as provided by the CGM/Sales Manager, on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all marketing materials and supplies in the sales office and inventory homes are fully stocked and professionally displayed.
- Confirm that all signage and flags throughout the community are properly and professionally displayed.
- Learn and provide accurate information to prospects, as directed by the CGM/Sales Manager.
- Comfortably ask the prospect predetermined discovery questions and document the replies for the CGM/Sales Manager.
- Aid in maintaining frequent and scheduled follow-up with sales leads.
- Perform administrative duties including but not limited to email correspondence with prospective residents, answering and returning phone calls, and ensuring office organization and supply needs are maintained.
- Occasional trips to the post office for priority mailings or to the store for supplies.
- Aid in planning and participating in any marketing or community events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by CGM/Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with others though verbal, written and face-to-face settings
- Excellent customer service skills; able to connect with others and build relationships
- Basic computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including the ability to use email and internet
- CRM software experience and knowledge of digital marketing & design a plus
- Keen attention to photographic detail and composition
- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance
